My name is Polina and I’m a face physio.
Over time, stress, posture, and emotional strain leave their mark. Not just on the body, but on the face. Tight shoulders, clenched jaws, shallow breathing. All create tension that subtly shapes how we look and how we feel.
I believe true rejuvenation comes from addressing the root causes of tension, not just treating the surface. When we release the muscles, rebalance the fascia, and improve circulation. The face naturally softens, lifts, and glows because the body and mind are working in harmony again.
My approach is based on combining an in-depth understanding of facial anatomy with the art of healing touch to restore balance, ease tension, and awaken natural radiance.
Every face is different, so every session is tailored entirely to you. I use a combination of advanced manual therapy techniques including: Myofascial release, Lymphatic drainage, Buccal, Gua-Sha, Asahi, Face taping and Face fitness.
This is not a facial but a personalised structural treatment that restores harmony throughout the face neck and shoulders.
